Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It has no ads, tracking pixels or social media embeds. Its fonts and images come from our own domain, not from other companies’ servers.

Light or dark

If you pick light or dark mode, your browser saves that choice on your device, so the site looks the same next time. It holds nothing that identifies you and is never sent to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it handles your IP address along with basic request details, such as your browser type and the page you asked for. It uses them to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how it handles them.

We don’t collect any of this.

Visit counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and how fast pages load. A small script from Cloudflare reports each page view: the page, the site you came from, your browser type, your country and loading times. It uses no cookies or other stored data on your device, and it doesn’t build a profile of you or follow you across the web.

We only see totals, such as how many visits each page gets.

Emailing us

When you write to us, we get your email address, your message and your name if you include it. We use them only to reply, to talk about your project or to do the work you hire us for. Our legal basis is that you asked us to reply, or that we’re preparing or carrying out a contract with you.

Cloudflare passes your email on to our Google mail account, where it’s stored. We keep emails while we’re in touch or working together. After that we keep only what the law requires, such as records for taxes. We never sell your information, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Do Not Track

We don’t track anyone, so Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here. No other company can use this site to follow you across the web.

Your rights

Curly Tail Studio is responsible for the information you send us. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@curlytailstudio.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.

If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
